1. On buying this Gift Card you will get a code through which you can purchase any products.
2. Valid at www.croma.com and at Croma Stores.
3. Valid for 365 days.
4. The Electronic Gift Card is issued by Croma Infiniti Retail Ltd (the Company).
5. The Electronic Gift Card needs to be activated by the Recipient as the OTP will be generated against his account details.
6. It needs to be activated by sending SMS in the following format: GCACT<16 Digit VOUCHERNUMBER><6 Digit Pin No> to 7200666000 by the Recipient. Gift Cards shall be redeemed only 24 hours after purchase.
7. Do not in any circumstances share the OTP with any third party. Paytm and
8. Croma are not responsible for any loss if OTP is shared with a third party for GV purchase.
9. Should your purchase value exceed the value of the Electronic Gift Vouchers the differential amount of such purchase should be paid using the other modes of payment available on the website.
10. No refund replacement or cash back would be considered against the Electronic Gift Card.
11. This Gift Card should be treated like cash.
12. Once an Electronic Gift Card is issued the company will not entertain any request from anybody for its cancellation.

14. In case of Returns/cancellations of the redemption done via Gift Card the refund of the same will be done to the effect of the value of the contribution of the Gift Card to the sale. The balance will be done via the contribution of the other respective payment mode to the sale. In the case of multiple products being purchased and a combination of the Gift Card and any other mode of payment being used to complete the transaction the individual products being sold will get the assignment of the value of the Gift Card and any other mode of payment being used based on the tender percentage contribution in total order value. The refund will happen in the same percentage split as per the original tender used.
15. The Electronic Gift Card can be used multiple times.
16. The Electronic Gift Card cannot be reloaded. Redemption of Electronic Gift Card by its bearer shall be a valid discharge of the company's liabilities in respect of Electronic Gift Card. Any dispute needs to be referred to the Company and the decision of the company shall be final.
17. The Electronic Gift Vouchers is subject to applicable laws. The company and
18. Electronic Gift Vouchers holder shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial / competent authority from time to time in this regard.
19. Any dispute relating to the Electronic Gift Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai. Infiniti Retail Ltd shall be entitled to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any change in these Terms & Conditions can be viewed on our Website and/or at any of the Croma stores.
20. No returns and no refunds on gift cards or e-gift cards.

Paytm Terms & Conditions: The Gift Card once purchased cannot be canceled refunded or returned once delivered. Once purchased the recipient email ID or mobile number cannot be changed.

Return Policy: This product cannot be returned or replaced once delivered.
