The B-Arm vaginal dilators set is designed to gently stretch, strengthen, and expand the vaginal muscles to help reduce pain during intercourse. Made from BPA-free, FDA-approved, medical-grade ABS plastic, our dilators are skin-friendly and hypoallergenic, supporting women's health by aiding in conditions such as, dyspareunia, post-surgical recovery, vulvodynia, and other related concerns. Our trainer set includes 6 dilators with 16cm length and 6 varying diameters: 1.7 cm, 2.1 cm, 2.5 cm, 2.9 cm, 3.3 cm, 3.7 cm specifically designed for dilator therapy for pelvic floor strengthening. If you’re a beginner, it is advisable to start with the smaller sized dilator and gradually work your way up to larger sizes. These dilators are light weight and waterproof, ensuring durability and resistance to bending. This dilator features a smooth surface to facilitate smoother, painless insertion and greater comfort during dilator exercises, thus reducing friction. It comes with a non-revealing pouch, ensuring convenient storage and privacy. Easy to Assemble and Clean: Fit the dilator to the top of the holder and ensure it is properly locked in. Our trainer set comes with a holder that can accommodate all 6 dilators in one. It is designed with a firm grip for easier holding and proper handling of the connected dilator. Our dilator is easy to clean- wash it with mild soap and warm water after each use, then rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry. How To Use: Hold the dilator, lie down and insert it into the vagina at a slight angle, aiming towards the lower region of your back (It is recommended to use a water based lubricant for easier insertion). Once the dilator is inserted to a comfortable depth, gently rotate it or move it in and out for around 10 minutes to help stretch and expand the walls. Stop if you feel any resistance or discomfort. When finished, slowly and gently remove the dilator by pulling it out at the same angle it was inserted. Hold the dilator in place for a few minutes to allow the muscles to adjust and relax. Proper Usage: The dilator set can be used up to 4 times per week, but please make sure to not use it on consecutive days. Before using the dilator, take deep breaths and consciously perform a few Kegel exercises or pelvic floor exercises to minimize tension and discomfort while using the dilator. It's normal to have bleeding during or after using the dilator. If bleeding is excessive, consult a doctor.
