About this product
This mat is a firm, high density polyethylene (PE) and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) foam tile with a smooth leather surface, specifically designed for barefoot and soft shoe foot work. The EVA material of each mat is non absorbent and is kid safe. With the interlocking design, no adhesives are required for installation. Each tile includes four border strips for endless options for wall-to-wall or island installation. If your mats need to be cut to fit, use a straight edge and a sharp utility knife. Used in hundreds of studios nationwide for more than 10 years, this mat has withstood the test of time. You can be confident in the longevity of this mat. This product is guaranteed for bare feet and soft shoes only. Our mats are manufactured to meet strict design specs. These martial arts mats have been a favourite for trainers and teachers for more than a decade. Be sure to clean your mats regularly with a vacuum (after testing the vacuum on the tiles to make sure it does not damage mats). Use a damp mop with basic household soap and hot water. A walk behind auto cleaning machine is recommended in large commercial areas.
