Dosage: Gently massage your face and neck with a few drops of sesame oil, avoiding the eyes, Place a towel over a medium-hot pan, till its slightly warm, Check the temperature and apply it over the face and neck, avoiding the eyes, Lie on your bed, extend your hands and legs, and keep a pillow under your head, Ensure there is not too much sunlight or wind entering the room, Place a container nearby to spit out excess mucus, Place Anu Thailam in a warm bowl of water, After a few minutes, take out the thailam and check that it is sufficiently hot, Instill 1-2 drops of Thailam in each nostril, and continue lying down, face up, When the medicine reaches your throat, spit out the excess mucus, Nasya should be done in the morning, on an empty stomach, after brushing and evacuating your bowels, 30 minutes before bath., Do not use it if you are pregnant, menstruating, or have a cold, fever, flu, or sinus infection.
