Gas stove compatible If you're new to cooking, staying away from family and know nothing about how to prepare a meal, this NIRLON cookware has you covered. Preferred for its heavy gauge and well-balanced pan, this gas stove compatible frying pan makes cooking easier for you. Bakelite handle Bakelite is a type of plastic which is formed by a condensation reaction of phenol with formaldehyde and has a high heat resistance. The Non-stick tawas from Nirlon uses Bakelite plastic in manufacturing the handle because of its heat resistant feature which in turn provides comfort and easy holding of the tawa while cooking and serving. Non-stick coating The non-stick coating of the tawas help in cooking with minimum oil or fat as the food does not stick to the surface of the utensil and can be easily scooped off. So it ensures hassle-free healthy cooking without spoiling the taste of the food. Easy to clean The non-stick aluminium tawas is very easy to clean. Owing to its non-stick coating the food residue does not stick to the pan and can be easily washed off with liquid soap and water and does not require hard scrubbing.
