Nirlon Platinum Tri-ply construction has three different layers of metal bounded together. Food grade 18/8 stainless steel on one side, designed for longevity. It is also stain and stick resistant and SS - 430 magnetic stainless steel on other with an encapsulated layer of aluminum in the middle right throughout the cookware, for an even distribution of heat. Tri-ply technology allows us to offer best stainless steel cookware. Handling and maintenance are easy Casserole with lid helps to Keeps heat within, which helps to cook food faster. The curve of the Casserole makes lifting, pouring and cooking convenient. It is perfect for any type of cookware collection. It is an ideal for everyday cooking for several types of meals and is equally good that it can be taken to dinner table directly from the hob. This product is good for all heating sources like induction, gas, hot plate. It is easy to clean and are perfect for larger servings for example pulaos, biryanis, layered baked dishes etc. Dishwasher safe. Ideal for cooking on gas and induction. Layer 1-food grade 18/8 stainless steel used in the inner surface for healthy cooking. 18/8 stainless steel is the most superior stainless steel with the longest life.
