1. Installation/Usage Process: Hexagon Dumpling/Samosa Maker This is a simple four-step manual process. Prepare the Dough Base: Roll out your dough (for samosas, ravioli, momos, etc.) into a thin sheet. Lay the first sheet neatly over the entire hexagonal mold so that the dough sinks slightly into each triangular cavity. Add the Filling: Place a small, measured amount of your desired filling (potato mix, cheese, meat, etc.) into the center of each triangular depression in the mold. Do not overfill. Seal the Top: Lay the second sheet of dough over the top of the mold, covering the filling and the entire mold. Cut and Seal: Use a rolling pin to roll firmly over the top of the mold. The pressure will simultaneously cut the dough around the edges and seal the two layers together, creating 19 perfectly sealed, triangular pieces. Release: Flip the mold over and gently tap or shake it to release the finished samosas/dumplings. • Quickly makes samosa
