Now gently separate the labia with your free hand and insert the folded cup in the vagina at an angle inclined towards the base of your spine with the curved edge of the cup facing the vaginal opening.REMOVEAfter proper hand washing, reach for the stem with your thumb and forefinger, squeeze the base of the cup to release suction, and gently pull it out.EMPTYEmpty your cup and rinse it in cold water first (to stop any stains from setting in) and then with warm water or use a mild pH-balanced cleanser like Solvion Menstrual cup wash before re-inserting. Kindly make sure to wash and sterilize the cup after each cycleSterilize the applicator before every use by putting it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes or use Menstrual Cup Sterilizer. Apply the lubricant inside the clean applicator, on the rounded tip and on the rim of the sterilized menstrual cup. Fold the lubricated menstrual cup using C-fold or Punch-down fold.
