Tots and Moms Nutspro comprises an assorted mix of different seeds; Pumpkin, Flax Seeds, Watermelon, Lotus, Sunflower Seeds, Oats, Almonds and organic jaggery in good quantities for optimal health. All of the seeds and nuts have some of the highest amounts of good fibre, carbs, iron, Omega-3 and essential nutrients. They are wonderful superfoods that when combined together give children much needed energy boost, take care of hunger pangs and do not need additional food supplementation. The drink is great for pregnant women and good for new moms, as it helps in healing and increases lactation. Easy to prepare, just mix a spoonful of this in a cup of hot milk, stir and serve warm.
