Instruction: 1. For Bathing (Relaxation & Muscle Relief): Amount: Use 1-2 cups (250-500g) of Epsom salt for a standard bathtub. Method: Fill the bathtub with warm water (not too hot). Add the Epsom salt directly to the water and stir until it fully dissolves. Soak in the bath for 15-30 minutes. Rinse your body with fresh water after the bath. Frequency: 2-3 times a week for best results, 2. For Foot Soak (Relaxing Tired Feet): Amount: Use ½ cup (125g) of Epsom salt in a basin of warm water. Method: Dissolve the Epsom salt in the water. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes. Pat dry and apply a moisturizer. Frequency: Daily or as needed., 3. For Skin Exfoliation (Face & Body Scrub): Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt + 1 tablespoon of olive or coconut oil. Method: Mix the Epsom salt with oil to form a scrub. Gently massage onto damp skin in circular motions. Rinse with warm water. Frequency: Once or twice a week., 4. For Cleaning : Surface Cleaning: Mix Epsom salt with dish soap for a gentle scrub.
